Clients keep their passwords, one-time codes and recovery codes at every stage.
Case records use client-provided, relevant evidence and transparent operational notes.
The working standard
A case room, not a chat thread.
Approved clients receive a private workspace with a case number, email verification, progress state, next actions, messages, controlled documents, scope records and an auditable resolution step.
A request becomes a case only after an administrator approves its eligibility and scope.
Actions, decisions, documents and communications stay attached to the approved case.
A proposed resolution can be accepted or returned for another review through the portal.
Passwords and recovery codes stay with you.
Every legitimate MEXEMOX interaction follows the same rule: we do not request social-platform passwords, one-time login codes or recovery codes.
