Privacy policy.
This policy explains what MEXEMOX collects, why it is needed and how private case information is protected.
Information we collect
We collect the name, email address, country or region, public account identifier, selected service, ownership relationship and case summary submitted through the review form. Approved cases may also contain portal messages, operational notes and documents you choose to upload.
Information we do not request
Do not provide social-platform passwords, email passwords, one-time login codes, recovery codes, session cookies or private authentication links. MEXEMOX does not need them to review or manage a legitimate case.
How information is used
Information is used to review eligibility, create and manage an approved case, communicate status, protect portal access, provide requested services, prevent abuse and maintain an accountable audit record.
Storage and service providers
Structured case data is stored in access-controlled database infrastructure. Approved documents are stored separately in private object storage. Transactional email may be processed by the configured email delivery provider. These providers receive only the data needed to perform their service.
Retention and deletion
Case data is normally retained while a case is active and for up to 12 months after closure for continuity, fraud prevention and recordkeeping, unless a longer period is legally required. You may request earlier deletion or a copy of your information through the official case-review channel.
Cookies and analytics
The portal uses strictly necessary, secure session cookies. The current website does not use advertising cookies. If privacy-preserving analytics are enabled later, this policy will be updated before non-essential tracking is introduced.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information through the dedicated privacy request form. Identity is verified before information is disclosed, corrected or deleted.
Contact
Use the protected privacy request form. The contracting identity and direct contact details are also stated in every paid case agreement.
