MEXEMOX Return to website
Effective 11 August 2026

Terms of service.

These terms govern requests, portal use and case-support services provided through MEXEMOX.

Independent service

MEXEMOX is independent from all social platforms. We provide legitimate review, documentation, appeal-preparation and case-management support. We cannot control or override a platform's final decision.

Eligibility and truthful information

You must own the account, represent its owner with authority or manage the relevant business account. Information and documents supplied must be accurate, lawful and relevant. We may reject or close a request that cannot be safely or legitimately supported.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. A parent, guardian or authorized business representative must contract for anyone who cannot do so personally.

No credentials and no circumvention

You must not provide passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, cookies, access tokens or credentials belonging to any person. Services may not be used to bypass platform security, impersonate another person or obtain unauthorized access.

Scope, timing and outcomes

Approval of a request creates a case-management workspace; it does not guarantee account recovery, reinstatement, verification, removal or a specific timeframe. Scope, expected response windows and client responsibilities are confirmed for each case.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

No fee is due merely for submitting the website review form. Any paid work requires a case-specific quote or agreement stating price, payment timing, cancellation and refund terms before payment. Those case-specific terms take priority if they conflict with this general page.

Portal security

You are responsible for protecting access to the approved email address, case number, authenticator devices and downloaded files. Notify MEXEMOX through the official website if unauthorized activity is suspected.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or revoked to protect clients, comply with law, investigate misuse, address unpaid agreed fees or stop conduct that threatens platform or service security.

Changes

Material updates will be dated on this page. A case-specific service agreement will identify the contracting provider and applicable jurisdiction before any paid engagement begins.

Contracting identity and contact

Before any paid work, the written case agreement will identify the legal provider, address, applicable law, dispute forum and official contact. No payment should be made until those details are supplied.
